Introduction
The Learning Experience Associate Specialist is responsible for administrating the Education inbox, ticketing system, and content management & marketing tools. They also work closely with the Learning Experience Manager and Education Services Manager to help administer the Learning Management System (LMS) including but not limited to auditing, publishing, editing, user management, providing training analytics, and pulling reports either manually, with AI assistance, or automated process monitoring. The Learning Experience Associate Specialist is also responsible for aiding in content modality conversion and content updates.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (3 PM to 11 PM), Hybrid
Job Responsibilities
• Provide exemplary service to customers, both internal and external
• Manage the Optimizely Education email inbox, support ticket system, project management tool requests, and ensures issues are being resolved or escalated accordingly
• Work closely with Customer Success Operations and Education leadership on entering data, pulling reports, and performing other functions in the LMS and other systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and escalating LMS and content issues
• Standard contract drafting and CRM tasks
• Assist with scheduling, registrations and reporting of certification exams
• Contribute to the documentation of processes and creation of user manuals
• Edit data and records to ensure accuracy, and prepare and pull reports on a timely basis
• Help update content and convert content modalities as needed
Knowledge and Experience
• Previous experience of customer facing roles, preferably in support, training or service administration; experience with finanical and healthcare systems or reporting will also be considered
• Working with learning management systems and customer relationship management systems; Salesforce experience preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); previous experience with data analytics preferred
• Basic understanding of sales, finance, and reporting
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and respond to questions
• Efficiency in time management and ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
• High Attention to detail when working with data, checking for errors and making appropriate corrections
• Ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously
• Strong English skills, especially written
