Introduction

The Order Management Coordinator role within the finance group will assist in the day to day activities and processing of new orders. Once the customer contract is received, this position is responsible for the order fulfillment process. The role provides top tier customer service through proactive order management from order receipt though customer invoicing. You will engage in multiple aspects of the order process while working closely with sales operations, finance team members and other departments to ensure orders are filled timely and in full.

Job Responsibilities

ARR-Dedicated Responsibilities:

· Perform monthly validation and reconciliation of ARR audit data in coordination with Finance (FP&A), ConOps, and Data Services teams.

· Support churn and bookings reconciliation activities during and after the audit cycle.

· Investigate and resolve ARR-related OM validation issues and NetSuite errors by collaborating with the appropriate Order Management team members.

· Serve as the first point of contact for ARR-related discrepancies, including escalations or clarifications from CS Ops and Revenue Operations.

· Identify recurring issues and contribute to documentation and process improvement efforts to reduce future errors.

· Attend daily ARR sync meetings to maintain alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.

· Work within Dhaka business hours, ensuring continuity and early-day coverage for EMEA and APAC audit support.

Order Management Responsibilities and EMEA Coverage:

· Outside of ARR audit cycle, prioritize general OM support aligned with EMEA time zone coverage, helping ensure timely processing and responsiveness.

· Perform order validation, contract checks, billing readiness review, and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and NetSuite.

· Act as a point of contact for EMEA-related OM inquiries, collaborating with regional Sales Operations, Finance, and Revenue teams to resolve issues.

· Troubleshoot transactional errors such as incomplete order details, system validation failures, or billing inconsistencies.

· When capacity allows, assist with broader OM activities, including quality checks on order entries, customer account updates, and documentation reviews.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management or Order-to-Cash operations, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
  • Experience supporting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) processes or financial audit activities is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including order entry, contract validation, billing, and revenue support.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and adapting to time zone differences.
  • Prior exposure to audit processes, revenue operations, or recurring billing workflows is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
