Optimizely’s Enterprise Sales Team is responsible for growing revenue from our largest and most important customers and prospects. By focusing on our customer’s long term goals and having a genuine desire to help solve their business problems, we aim to be viewed as a consultative partner in the eyes of our customers. We challenge, we teach and we learn in order to provide expertise that pushes companies towards their goals.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for New Annual Recurring Revenue (new + expansion)

· Execute strong sales process from discovery to close

· Manage and deliver on an accurate forecast, predictably

· Create and execute a territory plan which maximizes revenue generated from your business

· Build and manage pipeline to 4x multiple using all channels available to you: SDR, Marketing CSM, Partners and most importantly; yourself

· Effectively qualify deals to ensure time and resources are invested in the right pursuits

· Build relationships with Senior Executives and line-of-business in accounts.

· Educates prospects effectively across their entire business, from Marketing to Product to Engineering.

· Navigates complex organizations and buying processes.

Knowledge and Experience

· 7+ years full sales cycle in SaaS, ideally in Digital Experience/Mar-Tech closing 6-7 seven figure ARR deals

· Track record of exceeding quota

· You have a burning desire to win

Education

Bachelor's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience
