Introduction

The Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing administrative assistance and execution of partner marketing programs to support Optimizely’s goals and priorities through the global partner ecosystem. This position combines administrative expertise, strategic initiative and innovative creativity to ensure the seamless execution of Partner Marketing efforts across regions. This role is a critical component in supporting the execution of partner marketing programs to support more volume, amplifying partner marketing programs internally, and assist with the management partner events to drive Optimizely initiatives. This role will involve work within the Partner Marketing team and with stakeholders across the business including but not limited to Accounting and Sales. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple partner initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Global Partner Marketing Managers to identify areas for streamlining and execute tasks in those areas.

  • Deliver key administrative reports to the Global Partner Marketing Team.

  • Work in ORO to complete accounting tasks related to partner marketing campaigns.

  • Use CMP to set up and assist in the execution of campaigns.

  • Create Zoom webinars with the appropriate settings, dates, times, etc.

  • Create registration pages in the CMS.

  • Write copy for a variety of channels to support partner marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and social media posts.

  • Collaborate with Partner Development Managers on ad-hoc marketing initiatives to strengthen partner relationships.

  • Collect and organize lead lists from campaigns.

  • Work cross-functionally to amplify partner marketing activities to relevant regional stakeholders such as sales and finance.

  • Submit content to be featured in the internal weekly digest, highlighting successful partner marketing programs and emphasizing the importance of partnerships to the business.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, or a related role

  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills

  • A proven track record of successful audience engagement activities

  • Experience planning both in-person and virtual events

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom is required

  • Proficiency with Marketo, Content Marketing Platform, or other marketing orchestration tools

  • Experience with Optimizely CMS is a plus

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across different time zones and departments

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively solve problems

  • Strong drive, self-starter, and a team player

  • Proficient in English

Education

Bachelors Degree with 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
