Mission

Reporting to the Senior Manager, EMEA Programmes & Campaigns, the Senior Industry Marketing Campaigns Manager will plan and execute integrated, industry-focused marketing programmes that drive pipeline growth, market expansion, and account penetration across EMEA. This role is critical to scaling Databricks' growth in strategic industries and will oversee the planning, coordination, and tracking of EMEA-wide marketing initiatives across a variety of channels and tactics.

As part of the EMEA Marketing Campaigns team, you will collaborate closely with industry go-to-market leaders, regional field marketing, global demand generation, Industry product marketing, digital, marketing operations, customer marketing, partners, sales and other teams to shape and deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns and go-to-market motions that resonate with C-level and practitioner audiences within a selection of verticals.

Your responsibilities will include driving key marketing programmes, ensuring alignment and consistency across the region, and developing scalable tools and frameworks to enhance EMEA Marketing efforts

What you will do:

  • Build and execute integrated, industry-led campaigns aligned to EMEA pipeline and revenue goals, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across target accounts and verticals.
  • Coordinating and executing integrated marketing activities, including content, webinars, emails, in-person events, thought leadership, paid digital, and more to support campaigns, tailored to each industry.
  • Optimising performance by increasing key asset conversion metrics through diverse promotion strategies
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to localise and activate global industry campaigns while ensuring relevance to EMEA markets, audiences, and business priorities.
  • Leverage partnerships and customer stories to amplify industry credibility and support go-to-market motions through co-marketing and joint storytelling.
  • Understanding what works and what we can do better. You will support ongoing reporting needs and analyse campaign and program results in detail to draw insights and make data-based adjustments
  • Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps. This includes working closely with the Sales development team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
  • Develop repeatable frameworks and best practices for industry marketing that can be scaled across regions and integrated with horizontal campaigns

  • Strong B2B marketing experience working in the tech sector, in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment and a track record of running industry or vertical or ABM marketing campaigns.
