DUTIES:
Natron Energy, Inc. has multiple positions available for Battery Engineer in Santa Clara, CA. Conduct lab-scale Design of Experiments to develop material and fabrication processes meeting scalability, cost and performance specifications of battery electrodes. Review new electrode fabrication plans for pilot production and make recommendations for battery slurry and composite material selection. Maintain batch records and database activities. Design and perform control of electrode fabrication processes using control plans, DFMEA, and SOPs, FMEAs. Implement statistical methods for data analysis, measurement system analysis, and other QC/QA tools. Fabricate and conduct electrochemical test of finished batteries to ensure process and product quality. Support process transfer to contract manufacturing partners.
40 hours/week: $113,734-$153,000/ year
