The Materials Development team is looking to hire a strong chemical technician/chemical engineer to help with the scale-up of Natron's battery materials. This position will provide a great learning opportunity within a small team on a short-term basis (3 to 6 months).

Responsibilities:

Handles highly sensitive powder material in a glovebox environment
Prepares slurry of powder material in glass mixing vessel
Performs and documents viscosity, stability, and other material characteristic tests
Records and maintains material inventory and test-related data into appropriate database sheets
Maintains glovebox cleanliness and organization
Operates heat sealers, glovebox antechambers, rheometer, and overhead mixer
Follows safety and process procedures

The salary range for this position is a minimum of $24 per hour and a maximum of $40 per hour.
