What we are building

Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact.

Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

Your Mission

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise to build and scale the programs that fuel Mimica’s pipeline. You’ll own how enterprise buyers discover us, engage with us, and move through the funnel — designing campaigns and nurturing motions that turn interest into qualified opportunities. Your work will directly shape our revenue engine and accelerate our go-to-market momentum.

Part of your day-to-day

  • Design and run multi-channel demand programs — email, paid social, retargeting, SEO, ABM, events, and partnerships — focused on generating qualified enterprise pipeline.

  • Build and optimize lead nurture journeys that increase engagement, improve conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles.

  • Partner with Sales to define ICPs, align on messaging, support SDR and AE motions, and ensure high-quality handoffs.

  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to ensure campaigns are supported with compelling assets — landing pages, case studies, guides, webinars, and thought leadership.

  • Manage website and landing page performance, running experiments to improve conversion rates and lead capture.

  • Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance — channel effectiveness, campaign ROI, CAC efficiency — and iterate based on data.

  • Support execution of enterprise-facing events such as webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences that generate awareness and pipeline.

  • Run targeted account-based initiatives, activating priority accounts with personalized campaigns and outbound support.

  • Continuously explore new channels and tactics to expand our reach and improve pipeline velocity.

What you will bring

• Proven experience in demand generation or growth marketing for Enterprise B2B SaaS.

• Track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.

• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, attribution, experimentation, and ROI analysis.

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (we use HubSpot).

• Knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition (LinkedIn + Google), email nurtures, and conversion optimization.

• Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Sales and Product Marketing.

• Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced startup environment.
