What we are building

Mimica's mission is to accelerate the discovery and deployment of automation with AI. Our first product, Mapper, learns patterns from employee clicks and keystrokes, identifies key steps, decisions and exceptions in user data and generates “blueprints” for automation. Today, it supports RPA teams, that build software bots for repetitive computer tasks such as data entry, form completion and claim processing. Alongside creating process maps for automation, we have launched a companion tool, Miner, which helps enterprises identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

Your mission

In this role, you'll own the roadmap of the Mimica web app, fostering innovation and aligning business/product goals with engineering constraints. Actively engaged in technical tasks—from architectural contributions to code reviews, debugging and shipping major features or improvements—you'll also direct your team's strategic direction and cultivate an environment that prioritizes growth, efficiency and technical excellence.

Part of your day-to-day

  • Leading team OKR discussions, coordinating projects and facilitating team meetings, planning and retrospectives.
  • Independently solving complex technical challenges, particularly in developing a real-time backend service for concurrent user interactions and AI model retraining.
  • Identifying and resolving bottleneck and efficiency blockers, enabling the team to iterate faster.
  • Championing initiatives to improve the quality, security and performance of our systems and processes, while upholding high standards in our codebase.
  • Promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, mentoring team members in their development.
  • Supporting team growth by recruiting and onboarding talent that matches our values and technical excellence.
