What we are building

Mimica's mission is to accelerate the discovery and deployment of automation with AI.

Our first product, Mapper, learns patterns from employee clicks and keystrokes, identifies key steps, decisions and repetition, and generates “blueprints” for automation. Today, it supports RPA teams, that build software bots for repetitive computer tasks such as data entry, form completion and claim processing. Alongside creating process maps for automation, we've introduced Miner, for automation, we have launched a companion tool, Miner, which helps enterprises identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

What you will work on

As one of our first talent hires, you’ll collaborate with our Head of People to scale our team from 40 to 80 and beyond. This includes creative ways to find, attract and engage talent scheduling and conducting interviews, managing resources and communications, and helping us make strategic decisions. In addition to this hands-on work, you will play a substantial role in building processes and shaping experiences that define our team members’ journey with Mimica. As your impact grows, you will have the opportunity to progress into either management or a role in the wider People team.

Part of your day-to-day

  • Running the recruitment process for various roles – from establishing success criteria and crafting job adverts to sourcing, coordinating interviews and owning the overall candidate experience.
  • Facilitating regular hiring syncs and discussions to ensure alignment, calibrate strategies, gather feedback and provide updates.
  • Providing guidance and coaching on assessment and evaluation practices, ensuring consistent application of our leveling and competency frameworks.
  • Assisting with offers, contract staging, employment setup, onboarding logistics, and new hire orientation programs.
  • Maintaining and optimizing our tech stack for efficient pipeline management, streamlined onboarding, and compliance.
  • Researching trends and innovative approaches to talent attraction and retention, informing our broader people strategy and compensation structure.
  • Contributing to strategic projects, including engagement, development, and DEIB initiatives.
