What we are building

Mimica's mission is to accelerate the discovery and deployment of automation with AI.

Our first product, Mapper, learns patterns from employee clicks and keystrokes, identifies key steps, decisions and repetition, and generates “blueprints” for automation. Today, it supports RPA teams, that build software bots for repetitive computer tasks such as data entry, form completion and claim processing. Alongside creating process maps for automation, we've introduced Miner, for automation, we have launched a companion tool, Miner, which helps enterprises identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

Your mission

As Mimica’s BDR Manager, you will lead a growing team of enterprise BDRs focused on developing the top of the funnel and building a robust pipeline. This includes executing outbound campaigns, lead generation and creating qualified opportunities. You will provide structure and take ownership of the team’s strategy, forecasting, resource planning, communications and overall effectiveness. You will play an active role in creating and scaling the team’s processes, preparing them for the next phase of expansion.

Part of your day-to-day

  • Establishing the team’s compensation strategy, setting quotas, tracking activities and performance against targets and providing reports.
  • Partnering with Sales & Marketing leadership to align BDR efforts with overall business goals, providing feedback and insights to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Working closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment on account strategy, ideal customer profiles, sales qualification, and hand-off.
  • Overseeing the lead management process to ensure proper assignment, tracking and follow-up to maximize conversion rates and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Monitoring team systems usage, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Conducting regular pipeline reviews, 1-on-1 meetings and coaching sessions for continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
  • Creating and delivering training programs to enhance the BDR team's skills in prospecting, qualification, objection handling and value-based selling.
  • Continuing to build and strengthen the team through hiring, onboarding and career development plans.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitors and market changes to identify new business opportunities and ensure the team remains knowledgeable and competitive.
  • Generating pipeline yourself and securing meetings with AEs, as needed.
