  • Help develop and maintain driver-based models covering revenue, costs, headcount, production capacity, capital needs, and product or program economics.
  • Analyze actual results against plan and forecast, explain variances, and identify underlying business drivers.
  • Help develop management reporting and KPIs, including consistent metric definitions and reliable data sources.
  • Partner with Accounting on monthly results and contribute to documenting processes and improving model accuracy and data quality as the function scales.
  • Support scenario analysis for business and investment decisions, and communicate concise, actionable financial insights.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build processes in an ambiguous, evolving environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work across finance and technical teams.
  • Ability and interest in learning complex products in depth and translating engineering, design, and manufacturing details into financial drivers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the development or improvement of budgeting, forecasting, or reporting processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP, financial planning, BI, or reporting systems such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with manufacturing, product or program economics, production costs, or capital planning.
  • Progress toward an MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant credential.

Additional Requirements
