The Marketing Coordinator will support the creation, editing, and management of patient-facing marketing materials including direct mail pieces, email, SMS, and surveys, as well as assist with content development and execution for other initiatives like social media, blogs, and newsletters. This person is highly organized and possesses extreme attention to detail, and is adept at developing effective processes for managing a large inventory of marketing assets. Must be a quick learner and self-starter who has a willingness to jump in and problem solve, can spot a typo or content error a mile away, and is eager to grow in their marketing capacity.

This role reports to the Director, Patient Marketing, and will work cross-functionally with other marketing, member engagement, clinical, operations, business development, and technology team members


Responsibilities

    • Organize marketing materials and keep track of client-driven requirements.
    • Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral.
    • Play a key role in file management/organization.
    • Create business standardization tools, project trackers, and resources to maximize team efficiency.
    • Assist in migrating current materials into alternative formats that allow for greater flexibility and variable content.
    • Draft content for email marketing, blogging, social media, and member newsletters.
    • Support the creation of processes and workflows that allow best practices to be shared across teams and scaled as the company grows.
    • Support administrative needs of the team, including assistance with project tracking, metrics and reporting, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-3 years of marketing and/or administrative experience

  • Excellent English written communication skills

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Strong fluency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in Canva, Acrobat, and Marketo highly desired but not required

  • Superb time management with a strong sense of urgency

  • A self-starter who can work independently while bringing strong collaboration and teaming skills to the table

  • Healthcare industry experience (familiarity with concepts, challenges, vocabulary, and acronyms used in the business) desired but not required
