What you’ll do
Dive into marketing platform analytics (Facebook, Google, etc.) to supercharge user acquisition and growth strategies.
Integrate with payment providers (Stripe, Solidgate, etc.) to optimize subscription models and paywalls.
Launch new subscription tiers and effectively monetize through Paywalls.
Revamp user onboarding flows to boost retention and elevate the overall experience.
Collaborate with the Growth team to drive company-wide growth, including higher ARPU and an expanding user base.
Stay on top of marketing and analytics requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks.
Technical skills
Experience with Scala (or quick to switch if you’re already skilled in Java/Kotlin).
Familiarity with Python for ad-hoc tasks is a plus.
Experience with platform APIs (Facebook, Stripe, etc.) and payment systems.
Proven experience with mobile apps (200K+ MAU is a bonus).
Senior level skills for tackling subscription, monetization, and analytics tasks.
Can self-manage and drive tasks end-to-end.
Great interpersonal skills to collaborate directly with the Growth team.
Proactive mindset: you take initiative and ensure tasks are fully executed.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive outlook.
Commitment to shipping features and solving problems deeply.
Genuine interest in AI, your teammates’ work, and the company mission.
Excellent leadership and communication skills—big decisions, big responsibility.
English B2+ (or higher) to communicate smoothly with the global team.
