Job Description
This role can be based in New York City, San Francisco, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Chicago, Omaha, DC, Detroit, or Carpenteria.

LinkedIn Talent Solutions supports the talent strategies of some of the world’s most successful companies. Our solutions span Talent Acquisition (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobs, and Employer Brand products) and employee development (LinkedIn Learning). The Integrated Marketing - Large Hire team is responsible for delivering the full-funnel, integrated marketing strategy and execution to drive growth of our mid-market, enterprise, and large enterprise audiences, across both prospects and existing customers. This team delivers business results by shifting market perceptions, preparing the market for our solutions, and communicating value. The team has a robust understanding of our customers and our field business plan, playing a key role in identifying areas where marketing can significantly contribute to driving top-line revenue.
As a Marketing Manager on the Integrated Marketing Large Hire Value & Adoption team, you’ll play a hands-on role in leading and supporting global marketing initiatives that bring our value to life and accelerate product adoption with our customers. In this highly collaborative role – partnering with teams like Product Marketing, Scaled Solutions, Customer Success, Sales, and Regional Marketing – you’ll design and deliver marketing programs that keep customers informed about product launches, help them get value from LinkedIn’s Talent solutions, and drive measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a marketer who is audience- and outcome-driven, skilled at storytelling, and excited to translate product capabilities into campaigns that resonate with customers.
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

- Develop and deliver customer-facing marketing programs that highlight product value and help customers adopt key features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape messaging and deliver integrated programs that address customer needs and drive adoption
- Create engaging content that can be leveraged across marketing channels such as web, paid media, and email, or serve as ready-to-use resources for Sales and Customer Succes.
- Manage projects to deliver within budget, ensuring timelines are met and key stakeholders are involved.d
- Analyze performance, share insights, and learnings with leadership and partners to help improve future marketing programs
- Employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase content & campaign effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with product, customer, and field insights to build customer empathy and proactively adapt to emergent business and customer needs
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy
- Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders while consistently delivering results
- Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
- Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives
- Ability to develop and position key product features, benefits, and value propositions in a clear and compelling way that can be leveraged across marketing channels such as web, paid media, and email, or by our Sales and Customer Success teams to use in their conversations.
