As a B2B sales leader, you will be given the autonomy to build out an effective sales and commercial function at Limbic. You will plan and execute an overarching strategy to drive our (rapid) growth within the NHS, and then into new markets and care systems. You will need to set ambitious targets, track progress against these, devise creative solutions to new challenges, and build an effective team around you who share your passion for scaling software and helping patients.

What will you be doing?

  • You will take ownership of developing and executing our sales strategy, quickly landing on the best tactics to reach our primary NHS market
  • You will be responsible for creating structure from chaos, combining learnings from our existing team with your own knowledge to construct a commercial machine that can be continually assessed and improved
  • You will recruit the right team to deliver on your vision, providing support and training, and stepping in to close key deals.
  • You will work closely with the CEO and CTO to inform forecasting, investor reporting, and strategic decisions
  • You will be a voice for sales & commercial at all levels of the company

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
  • An understanding of how to set up an appropriate CRM to structure a sales pipeline and commercial process

Preferred:

  • Experience leading a sales team in a high growth start-up as it scaled from Seed/Series A
  • Experience in health-technology
  • Experience selling to NHS/mental health services
  • A hands on ability with sales reporting, with a bias for exploring the numbers and producing insights to steer leadership
