In this role, you’ll have the chance to be an early member of the Lexion team, build category-defining products, and make a real impact in tech.

As we scale our Business Development team, the BDR Manager will own hiring, developing, and managing our BDRs.

This role will partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on our Account-based strategy and deploy BDRs to effectively book outbound meetings with target accounts.

You must be very comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping to build the plane while it’s in flight. While you enjoy strategy and thinking big picture, you also enjoy getting into the details and tactical day-to-day coaching and task execution.

You will help the team learn critical skills around how to prioritize accounts, personalize emails, use social selling, and convert meetings from cold calls.

This role is critical for setting us up to be successful long term. As an owner of the top of the funnel, you have an opportunity to help greatly impact our growth (both revenue and future AEs!)

In this role you will:

  1. Lead a team of quota carrying BDRs to ensure they meet their monthly quota
  2. Provide daily coaching and feedback to BDRs on their outreach (pun intended)
  3. Set and hold reps accountable to KPIs that will drive their success
  4. Understand the career goals of our BDRs and work on development plans to get them to that next step
  5. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on setting pipeline goals and report on BDR contribution
  6. Partner with Marketing and Ops on ABM strategy and ensuring that all accounts are followed up with appropriately

What we look for:

  1. You have 2+ years of experience managing BDRs and have been a BDR yourself
  2. You are familiar with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, and SFDC
  3. You want to own the training and coaching of our team
  4. You want to wear a lot of hats and work of a variety of projects at once
