This is a unique leadership opportunity to join in building and nurturing our go to market function at Lattice in EMEA. We’re in search of an accomplished leader to oversee Sales & Marketing in EMEA who will be responsible for leading and growing our International team. You will have ownership over revenue outcomes, GTM strategy, sales culture, hiring, and talent development. You will work directly with our Sales & Marketing leadership to scale International business at over 100% per year.
In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, and monitoring and reporting on sales goals, adjusting tactics as needed to reach them. You will also work closely with other executives to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the company.
What You’ll be Doing
- Manage London-based sales teams and maintain sales operations that is included, but not limited to
- Outlining and managing sales budgets
- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals
- Developing and growing directors & managers as leaders and people
- Motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities
- Providing detailed sales forecasting
- Participate in and evolve a culture of trust and high performance
- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness and demand for our leading people performance platform.
- Effectively manage a significant budget and be the driver of a portion of the pipeline of the EMEA operation through a demand generation strategy that leverages digital channels, physical, events, and advocacy marketing efforts
- Work closely with Sales Development and Sales Leadership to ensure optimal creation and conversion of leads and opportunities
- Hire and facilitate growth and development of team members through coaching and mentorship
- Serve as a proficient, executive level spokesperson for the company at trade events, with media and at customer and prospect meetings
- Build a comprehensive pipeline strategy and execute campaigns across the entire EMEA region, balancing EMEA-wide and country level campaigns
- Work closely with the U.S. team and help drive the company’s overall marketing and messaging strategy
- Open up marketing in new markets in Europe as they develop
- Establish and maintain a regular reporting cadence of key metrics for the entire EMEA region and in individual countries
- Fearlessly suggest ideas to help us try new approaches and open new opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the team to discover the best way forward
- Challenge the norm both internally and externally
About You

- Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is a big plus
- You have knowledge of EMEA marketing, including UKI, Benelux, DACH, and Southern Europe
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 10+ years of progressive sales & marketing leadership experience
- You’ve led a plan-EMEA B2B SaaS enterprise marketing team, ideally for a US-based company
- You have deep industry knowledge of cutting-edge demand generation methods, including creating a funnel, nurture strategies, digital, online, web optimization, and live events
- Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative strategies and execution
- Track record of achieving over 100% of revenue targets
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products and the market
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
