Kiddom is redefining how technology powers learning. We combine world-class curriculum with cutting-edge AI and modern SaaS infrastructure to help schools deliver truly personalized education at scale. Our platform equips educators with real-time insights and flexible tools, enabling them to focus on what matters most—driving student growth and equity.
We’re not just building ed-tech; we’re disrupting an industry that’s been slow to innovate. At Kiddom, product leaders sit at the center, partnering with engineers, designers, AI researchers, and educators to shape transformative experiences that reimagine what’s possible in classrooms.
If you thrive in ambiguity, love working in high-ownership cultures, and are energized by the intersection of human impact and next-gen technology, this is the place to shape something transformative.

You will...

  • Set vision and strategy for growth – Define and execute strategies that drive adoption, retention, and expansion across schools, districts, and educators.
  • Design growth loops and funnels – Leverage experimentation, analytics, and user insights to optimize onboarding, activation, engagement, and conversion at scale.
  • Partner with GTM teams – Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to align product-led growth initiatives with broader go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional experiments – Design, prioritize, and execute growth experiments across the product and GTM funnel, using data-driven insights to accelerate impact.
  • Balance product-led and sales-assisted growth – Shape experiences that empower educators to quickly see value while enabling districts to scale adoption seamlessly.
  • Champion data-informed decisions – Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure robust instrumentation, dashboards, and feedback loops guide growth strategy.
  • Build sticky, habit-forming experiences – Drive feature adoption and long-term engagement by designing intuitive workflows that keep educators and students returning.
  • Lead with influence – Align engineering, design, GTM, and leadership around growth priorities, creating clarity and momentum across highly cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For...

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant experience driving growth in SaaS products.
  • Proven success in building and scaling growth functions—including onboarding, activation, retention, monetization, or expansion.
  • Startup and growth experience – you’ve thrived in fast-moving environments where experimentation, agility, and ownership are essential.
  • Strong analytical instincts—you leverage data and experimentation frameworks to make smart decisions and can balance qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Exceptional communication and influence—you can inspire teams, simplify complex growth strategies, and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, funnels, A/B testing, and product-led growth mechanics.
  • Experience working in ed-tech or mission-driven SaaS is a plus but not required.
