Kiddom is redefining how technology powers learning. We combine world-class curriculum with cutting-edge AI and modern SaaS infrastructure to help schools deliver truly personalized education at scale. Our platform equips educators with real-time insights and flexible tools, enabling them to focus on what matters most—driving student growth and equity.
We’re not just building ed-tech; we’re disrupting an industry that’s been slow to innovate. At Kiddom, product leaders sit at the center, partnering with engineers, designers, AI researchers, and educators to shape transformative experiences that reimagine what’s possible in classrooms.
If you thrive in ambiguity, love working in high-ownership cultures, and are energized by the intersection of human impact and next-gen technology, this is the place to shape something transformative.

You Will:

  • Set vision and strategy for data products – Define how Kiddom captures, structures, and leverages data to drive differentiation, adoption, and measurable impact for educators, students, and administrators.
  • Empower AI and analytics – Partner with AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver insights, recommendations, and models that enable personalized learning at scale.
  • Build data-first experiences – Transform raw data into actionable intelligence by designing dashboards, reporting, and embedded insights that seamlessly fit into educator workflows.
  • Drive execution at scale – Guide data-related products and platforms from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and usability across thousands of classrooms.
  • Champion interoperability and trust – Ensure Kiddom’s data systems integrate seamlessly with district SIS/LMS platforms while maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy.
  • Lead with influence – Align stakeholders across engineering, design, GTM, curriculum, and compliance teams, ensuring clarity and momentum in highly complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Champion outcomes, not just metrics – Ensure data initiatives tangibly improve teacher efficiency, student progress, district decision-making, and institutional adoption.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in data, analytics, or platform products.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven SaaS products at scale, preferably with complex integrations and high-stakes user impact.
  • Startup and growth experience – you’ve thrived in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ownership is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of data systems, APIs, interoperability standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution excellence—from roadmap planning to hands-on product delivery.
  • Exceptional influence and communication skills—you can inspire teams, simplify complexity, and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong AI/ML literacy—you understand how data powers intelligent systems and can confidently partner with researchers and engineers to evaluate opportunities and bring AI-powered experiences to market.
  • Background in education/ed-tech is welcome but not required.
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
