Human Resources Manager
Jones is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager based out of our NYC office location. We have a hybrid remote / in-office experience where our team works in the office every other week, and 3 months out of the year our team works from anywhere (January, July & August). The salary range for this role is $122k - $139k per year, not including annual bonus and equity.

What You’ll Be Expected to Do:
Recruiting
You’ll own the company’s talent acquisition process by finding the right talent to fill open roles.
Employee Experience
Manage and enhance the employee experience by owning people operations including onboarding and offboarding, policies, employee well-being, and organizing a comprehensive and engaging new employee orientation and new staff onboarding.
Workplace Experience & Engagement
Facilitate the workplace experience by managing office operations, company events, and general operations management, including hybrid workplace experience.
Culture & Vision
Partner with the CEO and Head of HR to articulate our mission, vision, purpose, and core values which will serve as the foundation of people operations.
Strategic Partner
Advise the Head of HR and CEO and executive team on how to continuously restructure our organization so it remains fit for our evolving business. Assist the Head of HR in building and improving our hiring process that maximizes our chances of identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates who can contribute to our company values. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Compensation & Benefits & Compliance
Use HR software to streamline payroll and employee benefits administration. Prepare payroll budgets and implement pay structure revisions. Help form attractive employee compensation and benefits programs. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and conducting investigations. Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Training & Development
Create and manage a performance appraisal system that drives effective development. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Design training programs based on practical methods that include new learning technologies and training facilitators. Arrange seminars, workshops, and conferences based on company needs.
