What You'll Do

Lead and develop buzz-worthy marketing campaigns to drive awareness and effectively impact business goals.
Push boundaries by testing innovative go-to-market strategies targeted to our key consumers, bringing innovation to the forefront of our plans and activations.
Set the marketing mix to support campaigns including but not limited to; on-the-ground events, influencers, social, CRM, etc.
Establish campaign KPIs and analyze campaign performance during and post-campaign to drive ongoing improvements and efficienciesHave your finger on the pulse of entertainment, social trends, and continually evaluate the competitive landscape of the entertainment category.
Partner with product and engineering to develop solutions for improving user experience.

What You'll Bring

Direct experience developing 360 marketing campaigns
Experience making data-driven marketing decisions to improve and optimize campaigns
Strong communication and organizational skills, and are a team-player
The ability to operate and thrive under tight timelines and the ability to pivot with ease
A curious creative mind, and strong eye for visual design
Tapped into pop-culture and fandoms with an in-depth understanding of consumer affinities across film/television, publishing, games, etc
An innate ability to keep up with, and understand what is relevant, on-trend, and outdated
