About the role
We're looking for a content video creator who's a storyteller and engineer at heart. You'll be responsible for helping showcase our product across various modern marketing channels while telling our customers' stories—and ours. Our product is compelling to all types of roles, from VPs of Support to CTOs, so having empathy with how modern SaaS companies operate and being able to speak to the needs of multiple personas via visual assets is key.
The types of content will include product launch videos, onboarding content, and other marketing and educational content. The product is a software and developer tool product, so the majority of content will revolve around how to showcase the product.
Responsibilities
Incorporating graphics, video, and animations into social media and marketing collateral
Filming product demos for product launches and our sales collateral

Creating educational content to help with our support and onboarding processes
Qualifications
3+ years as a video content creator.
2+ years experience with motion graphics and animations for product launch videos
2+ years working at or on projects related to technical SaaS products
Can speak to or relate with highly technical audiences.
Bonus
Experience with graphic design.
Experience in content writing, growth, developer relations, or related marketing roles.
Experience with early-stage, high-growth startups.
