About the role
Our customers are often highly technical teams who embed Inkeep-powered AI assistants into their docs, help center, or inside of their apps-- virtually in any touch point and in any workflow. A key pillar to our product is the developer platform which includes: extensible UI components, AI and RAG APIs, and other developer-first primitives. Our customers create AI copilots, agents, and workflows on top of our platform. This role is about partnering with them in that journey.
The role involves being high-touch with customers to help them succeed. If you want to become an expert on how companies embed AI systems into their customer experiences and their internal workflows, Inkeep is a great fit.
Responsibilities
Onboard and support customers
Create templates, quickstarts, and other technical onboarding artifacts

Engineer systems that use AI to make your job more efficient and customer lives easier
Qualifications
2+ years in solutions/sales engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles.
Have experience with at least TypeScript (and ideally Python as well)

Strong communication and organization skills
