We're looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our team! Inkeep helps companies turn their docs into AI search and support copilots. With Inkeep, users get immediate, personalized help while teams focus on answering novel questions. More than 100+ developer-first companies use Inkeep, resolving over 250K+ questions per month. Our customers include Pinecone, Postman, Anthropic, Clerk, Lemon Squeezy, PostHog, Scale, Bun, Resend, Metabase, and many more!

Our customers are highly technical teams that integrate the Inkeep platform in many ways. For this role, you will engage with prospective customers, onboard new customers, and proactively support our growing customer base to ensure they maximize Inkeep’s capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Python and TypeScript background
  • Experience with full-stack app development with Next.js or other JS frameworks
  • Exceptional customer-facing communication skills
