LIS/ EHR Implementation Specialist

Inflammatix is seeking a LIS/ EHR Implementation Specialist to partner with LIS / EHR organizations to connect Inflammatix products to various software interfaces. You will build/maintain relationships with these various organizations on behalf of Inflammatix to drive an iterative process of continuous improvement with regard to these integrations. You will own the project management of driver development and execution of deployment within Inflammatix customer sites. You will partner with internal Inflammatix teams to assist with technical sales activities for new and existing opportunities. You will utilize in-depth knowledge of Inflammatix software and hardware solutions to demonstrate competitive advantages to both prospective customers and partners. You will be a main point of contact for customer technical communications during pre- and post-sales activities. This position provides career development through the direct daily interaction with customers and partners, and the internal cross function collaboration with the Product Management, Product Development/Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams. You will be working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineering, and Hardware Engineering teams. You will also work with teams across the other organizations in Security, Management, and other groups. You will work with Inflammatix software team to deliver solutions to our customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for supporting our company efforts to implement and maintain our customer security requirements and data integration onboarding in sales and implementation. You will interact directly with customers to understand their specific IT requirements and work with the Inflammatix teams to ensure that we can meet or exceed those customer needs and help build the scope of requirements for any new work that is required.
- Responsible for building the relationship with various LIS vendors and driving the efforts to drive integration between Inflammatix devices and each LIS vendor software
- Understand customer and partner requirements to then successfully present and deploy Inflammatix software solutions by working with Inflammatix cross-functional teams
- Answer technical questions, contribute to technical and cybersecurity audit proposals, analyze clients' needs, and develop technical solutions
- Create Documents and Presentations with technical details for the products and technologies
- Create design/deployment guides for both external and internal audiences
- Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills while evoking passion and confidence with your audience
- Work closely with Inflammatix teams to understand future roadmap development items and their impact to customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of software/project implementations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing business needs
COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION
- Classification: Full-time, exempt

- The base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $135,000 offer per year which represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this exempt position.
- Please note that actual offer will vary based on factors including, but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors including internal equity. As such, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the lower or upper end of the range. Please also note the compensation range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Employees are eligible to enroll in our company 401k plan and employer match. Employees accrue up to 15 paid vacation days, 7 paid sick days and 10 paid holidays per calendar year. Inflammatix U.S. offices are closed for winter break each year between Christmas and New Years Day and the company offers this time as additional paid time off for U.S. salaried/exempt employees.
