We are seeking a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager with a track record of launching innovative products into new markets by understanding and delivering on customers’ unmet needs. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will develop and execute product campaigns working with Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs. Day-to-day responsibilities of this role include building holistic go-to-market launch plans, commercial team training, market and competitive sensing, voice of customer, new product requirement generation and product lifecycle management. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing. RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Develop and execute launch planning for the TriVerity™ Test System, including:
    • Develop of customer positioning, stakeholder-specific value propositions and messaging
    • Deliver clear account / stakeholder segmentation and targeting
    • Build a promotional plan that delivers on our commercial objectives
    • Generate field and customer training materials
    • Create commercial tools to highlight TriVerity’s key clinical, financial and operational benefits that are compliant with review by medical, legal and regulatory counterparts
    • Refine and execute an evidence and KOL development plan with Medical Affairs
    • Track and report launch progress, including key performance indicators
    • Optimize the marketing mix to maximize sales opportunities, funnel velocity and customer loyalty sales
  • Be an owner and advocate for the TriVerity Test System
    • Identify and prioritize product improvements to maximize customer satisfaction and utility
    • Generate new product requirements and prioritize labeling claim expansions
    • Model the business impact of proposed changes to make the case for the value of continuous improvements
    • Assist with ex-US market expansion and reimbursement activities
  • Additional marketing responsibilities
    • Understand customer needs and buying processes, including: emergency medicine, nursing, quality, stewardship, laboratory and C-suite roles
    • Work closely with Sales to ensure sales execution to the go-to-market plan
    • Forecast product demand to ensure adequate supply
    • Develop a KOL strategy and cultivating clinical champions for the product in collaboration with Medical Affairs
    • Partner with marketing communications to execute marketing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years’ diagnostics or medical device product management, marketing and launch experience, preferably focused on cross-functional account-based selling
  • Experience in emergency medicine, infectious diseases or molecular diagnostics a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant advanced degree a plus
  • Experience working with and successfully leading cross-functional teams
  • Startup experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Track record of operating independently, strong critical thinking, being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • History of working in a cross-functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority
  • Passion for clinical product marketing and representing the voice of the customer
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, startup environment, willing to pitch in wherever needed
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 25% of the year

COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION

  • Classification: Full-time, exempt

  • Location: Remote-US
  • The base salary range for this position is $141,900 -192,000 per year which represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this exempt position.
    • Please note that actual offer will vary based on factors including, but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors including internal equity. As such, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the lower or upper end of the range. Please also note the compensation range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
    • U.S. employees are offered medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as access to HSA, FSA, commuter, LTD, STD and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in our company 401k plan and employer match. Employees accrue up to 15 paid vacation days, 7 paid sick days and 10 paid holidays per calendar year. Inflammatix U.S. offices are closed for winter break each year between Christmas and New Years Day and the company offers this time as additional paid time off for U.S. salaried/exempt employees.
