Senior Clinical Trial Associate

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trials Associate to support our clinical operations department. This role will not be boring! The candidate will report into a Clinical Trial Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and maintain clinical trial filing system (electronic and paper based) to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Support clinical study documentation preparation, tracking and maintenance, including periodic review of in-house study records for completeness and accuracy.
- Provides administrative support to the clinical affairs team in the full spectrum of the research activities such as pre-clinical research, study start up, site management and site closure.
- Assist in timely updates of study information on clinical registry sites (e.g., CT.gov, EudraCT)
- With oversight from study lead, coordinates CROs and vendors
- Management of study supplies by preparing and ensuring the accuracy of shipments of study-related materials.
- Assists in planning and organizing project-specific meetings including but not limited to internal clinical study team meetings, vendor meetings, CRA training, Investigator Meeting and PI meetings. Creates agendas, meeting minutes, and distributes.
- May support financial tasks for the study (e.g. investigator/institution/vendors payments), coordinating tracking
- Perform other duties in support of Clinical Operations, as requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred, but not required
- Possess a strong attention to detail, and meticulous follow-through
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, plan proactively, and accomplish goals using well-defined instructions and procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills
COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION:
- Classification: Full-time position located at our Burlingame, California headquarters
- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience; includes equity package.

- The base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000 per year which represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this exempt position.
- Please note that actual offer will vary based on factors including, but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors including internal equity. As such, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the lower or upper end of the range. Please also note the compensation range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package. A bonus and/or long term incentive units may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Employees are eligible to enroll in our company 401k plan and employer match. Employees accrue up to 15 paid vacation days, 7 paid sick days and 10 paid holidays per calendar year. Inflammatix U.S. offices are closed for winter break each year between Christmas and New Years Day and the company offers this time as additional paid time off for U.S. salaried/exempt employees.
