The Role:

The UX Team is growing and we are looking for our newest team member to help shape the future of our products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working within a cross-functional group of talented UXers to plan and design highly usable experiences in our cloud platform, Polaris. You will report directly to the Director of UX and will be focused on a variety of specialties including Product Design, CX Design, Architecture and have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to promote a great culture of Design throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be a critical team member for dedicated areas of our SaaS product offering, Polaris. As such, you’ll be expected to deliver an amazing user experience that is easy to use and delights our customers
As a primary designer, you’ll also drive growth experiments and CX projects throughout the customer lifecycle, cross-collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
As a key member of the team, you will help shape and evangelize best practices across the whole organization. This means contributing to the UX foundations including our design system, UX Playbook, tools, and definition of process

Requirements:

Ability to interact with internal/external stakeholders through user interviews, user testing, and other research methods
Strong skills in Understanding of the SaaS development process, design thinking and how design impacts the product life cycle
Comprehensive understanding of front end development and ability to work closely with engineers to see designs through release
Self motivated, team player, with highly efficient project management skills
5+ years of experience design for SaaS/B2B products
Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Design or comparable experience

Bonus Points:

Ability to measure usability through qualitative and quantitative methods
Experience building and/or implementing Design Systems
Generative research to create journey maps, user journeys, and personas
Experience in designing for analytics or application development

Individual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications aligned with Imply’s internal levelings guidelines and benchmarks. The below range encompasses roles with on target earnings. This role is also eligible to participate in Imply’s equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

Compensation: $123,300 - $300,000
