4. Role Summary:
We are seeking an scientist to join our CAR development team and support the successful development of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cell (CART) and other pipeline therapies.
5. Key Responsibilities:
- Mammalian cell culture and maintenance of suspension and adherent cell lines under sterile conditions for CAR-T cell generation studies
- Lentiviral preparation and assessment of vector quality and functional performance prior to downstream transduction experiments for CAR-T generation.
- Experiments for cellular characterization and analysis of CAR-T products.
- Scientific and technical compliance to establish high-quality lab practices.
- Establish personal accountability, demonstrate good interpersonal skills, collaborate with team members and key stakeholders, including other cross functional teams.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and laboratory guidelines while performing experiments.
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments / co-ordination with service engineers, application scientists.
6. Primary Objectives:
- Train and support the team with lab experiments.
- Support in sample, reagent and data management enabling scientists to spend more time on experiments and related documentation.
- Help in lab organization and management.
7. Competencies Required:
- Technical Competencies:
- Should have experience with using common lab equipment like BSCs, Pipettes, PCR machines, Plate reader, Flow cytometer etc. and know-how of how they function.
- Mammalian cell culture handling experience is mandatory, including aseptic processing.
- GLP experience and documentation
- Soft Skills:
- Basic IT skills. Expert with MS Office (Excel, word).
- Likes to work with machines.

8. Qualifications:
- Minimum Master's degree (M.Sc, M.Tech, or M.Pharm) with 5-7 years of experience in Immunology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry.
- Experience of managing Lab Operations & SOP writing
9. Working Conditions:
- Role Type: Full Time and Onsite
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the General Shift and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM for the Post-Noon Shift (on a rotational basis). There will be two days off each week, which may not necessarily fall on a Saturday or Sunday.
