IT Site Lead

We're looking for an organized and proactive IT professional to join our new Pittsburgh office as an IT Support and Asset Manager. This role is crucial in managing technology assets for clinics and internal end users, providing hands-on IT support, and setting the foundation for our local IT operations.
About the Role
You'll have dual responsibility for overseeing IT asset management - tracking, provisioning, and maintaining technology equipment for both clinics and internal users - as well as providing direct IT support onsite. You'll be the go-to expert for solving day-to-day technical issues, ensuring that our staff has reliable, secure access to the technology they need.
What You'll Do
- Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, inventory management, and retirement of hardware.
- On-Site IT Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Hardware Provisioning: Prepare and deploy laptops and peripherals internal users, ensuring timely setup and configuration.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors for purchasing, warranties, repairs, and replacements of IT equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of asset inventories, software licenses, and hardware deployment procedures.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine IT asset management and support processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with remote IT and Security teams to ensure alignment with company-wide technology standards and practices.
About You
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support, asset management, or a combination thereof.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and peripheral devices.
- Experience managing IT assets, including inventory tracking, procurement, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively support users at all levels.
- Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions and basic networking concepts preferred.

Expected Full-Time Base Salary: $105,000 - $120,000
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements equity, paid time off and benefits.
