We're looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with robust Talent Acquisition capabilities to help us make specialty medications more accessible and affordable for patients. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to clinical and operational leaders, playing a key role in driving people strategy, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in employee relations, leadership development, and recruiting for a predominantly hourly, non-exempt workforce, combined with the agility and entrepreneurial mindset necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with clinical and operational leadership to understand business goals and align people strategies
  • Support organizational design and workforce and succession planning for growing teams.
  • Drive people initiatives that foster engagement, performance, retention, growth and DEIB strategies.
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership best practices, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
  • Assess organizational effectiveness and offer targeted interventions for team performance and cohesion.
  • Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and applying sound judgment to mitigate risk.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, with an emphasis on regulations impacting hourly, non-exempt employees.
  • Develop and continuously improve workplace policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for clinical and administrative roles, ensuring a high-quality, diverse talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve hiring velocity, candidate experience, and retention metrics.
  • Act as an employee advocate and organizational culture steward during periods of growth and transformation.
  • Develop programs that support onboarding, engagement, recognition, and employee wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and support HR reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support payroll, time tracking, and scheduling processes for the workforce you support.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HRBP or Talent Partner capacity. Previous experience as a Generalist preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing hourly, non-exempt employee populations in a high-volume, distributed or clinical environment.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards, particularly relevant to healthcare and non-exempt labor categories.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment highly preferred.
  • Agile, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action.
  • Experience supporting frontline leaders and distributed teams.

Expected Full-Time Base Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements equity, paid time off and benefits.
