Role Overview
We’re building a category-defining platform, and growth will be our engine. As our founding Head of Growth, you’ll be the architect and hands-on driver of how we acquire, activate, and retain users. You’ll design the growth system from zero, building loops, optimizing onboarding, creating habit-forming triggers, and scaling the tactics that drive sustainable, compounding growth.

What You’ll Do

Growth strategy + execution: Own our growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral for consumers and creators

Product-led growth: Partner with product/design to optimize onboarding, conversion, and engagement flows

Viral & network effects: Identify, design, and scale growth loops that turn users into advocates

Full-funnel optimization: Test messaging and run campaigns across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle; refine funnels from awareness through habit

Experimentation & analytics: Define success metrics, run rapid tests, and turn insights into repeatable wins

Foundation building: Implement core growth tools, tracking, attribution, and lifecycle systems

Team: Hire and manage a high performing growth team that consistently delivers results.
Required Skills & Experience

Have 8+ years in growth or growth marketing or growth product at high-growth consumer tech, social, or gaming companies

Have scaled a product from early traction to millions of engaged users

Understand growth mechanics deeply, such as viral loops, retention drivers, and compounding growth levers

Are equal parts strategic and hands-on, you can set the plan and run the experiment

Move fast, thrive in ambiguity, and don’t need perfect data to take action

Are analytical, creative, and obsessed with uncovering what works

Compensation
Competitive base salary, meaningful equity ownership, and the opportunity to build and lead growth at a fast-growing consumer company.
For U.S.-based roles, the base salary range for this position is $170K - $220K, with additional equity and benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and role level.
