We’re looking for an Account Executive - Emerging Product to help launch and scale our newest AI-powered solution — the Homebase Hiring Assistant, designed to help small businesses hire faster, smarter, and with more confidence.
You’ll be one of the first members of this new go-to-market team, shaping how small businesses discover and adopt a product built to transform the way they hire. This is a chance to bring startup energy to a trusted, established brand — to move fast, test boldly, and define a sales motion that will set the standard for the future of our AI-powered business line.
In this role, you’ll use curiosity, insight, and innovation to turn every conversation into an opportunity. You’ll blend data and empathy to help local owners hire the right people faster — fueling their growth and strengthening their communities. You’ll build playbooks as you go, experiment with new strategies, and drive meaningful results that scale far beyond your own deals.

🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:
2–5 years of selling experience, ideally in SMB SaaS sales or high-throughput SDR/BDR environments.
Ability to thrive in a startup atmosphere where adaptability, curiosity, and hustle drive success.
Fluency in AI-powered selling, with the ability to clearly communicate customer value and leverage automation to work smarter, not harder.
Consultative sales mindset: you listen deeply, ask sharp questions, and create clarity for customers making complex decisions.
Metrics-driven and analytical: you know your numbers, track your progress, and use data to improve every week.
Coachable, collaborative, and impact-oriented: eager to learn fast, apply feedback, and share what works to help your team win.
Hybrid rhythm: consistently shows up in-office Monday–Thursday to build connections, learn from peers, and accelerate growth together.
