We’re looking for a Project Manager to support partner integrations and help drive operational excellence across high-impact projects—starting with our embedded partnerships. You’ll assist in managing compliance-sensitive rollouts, coordinate with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Legal, and serve as the connective tissue that keeps internal and partner deliverables aligned and on track.

These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role:
Coordinate implementation milestones, data reporting workflows, and compliance deliverables for embedded partner initiatives
Support operational rhythms across Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, Finance, Legal, and AI/Automation—ensuring alignment and follow-through on requirements
Maintain dashboards, timelines, and issue escalation processes to keep projects on track
Partner with the Engineering and Data teams to track the flow of partner API data and ensure tagging across CRM and automation systems
Manage documentation for audits, policy acknowledgments, and team certifications
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and partner stakeholders on day-to-day project execution
Leverage AI and automation tools to simplify coordination, tracking, and reporting
Track project KPIs and help synthesize insights for continuous improvement
Serve as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:
4+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or program support in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong organizational and analytical skills—you bring structure to ambiguity and decisions to data
Clear, concise communicator—you simplify complexity and keep stakeholders aligned
Experience working with teams across functions (e.g., Product, Legal, Support, Marketing)
Comfort collaborating with technical stakeholders and navigating tools like CRM systems, API docs, or audit logs
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through—especially on compliance-sensitive workflows
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Notion, or Airtable
AI Fluency: Actively explores and applies AI tools to improve program efficiency and reporting
Ability to take advantage of in-person work to drive a high-energy, high-collaboration environment
