We’re not just building an app—we’re building unstoppable teams. So what do you say, are you in?
📍Your Impact Starts Here
We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst who’s passionate about empowering product teams through data and experimentation. You’ll focus on building and owning our Amplitude implementation, driving scalable event instrumentation, defining our user tracking strategy, and elevating how we experiment and measure product impact.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the analytics foundation that powers decision-making across Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth. If you love translating complexity into clarity, owning big initiatives end-to-end, and championing a data-informed culture, we want to hear from you.
These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role:
Own and evolve our event instrumentation framework across all product surfaces using Amplitude
Define and drive best practices for product tracking strategy and metadata governance
Design and execute complex product analytics and experimentation initiatives independently, from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery
Serve as the point person for product experimentation: design A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and influence roadmap decisions
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure instrumentation is prioritized, documented, and aligned to business outcomes
Build intuitive reporting that drives clarity on feature usage, customer behavior, and performance metrics
Lead project planning and prioritization for analytics initiatives: manage timelines, stakeholders, and tradeoffs to drive results
Identify opportunities to improve how we collect, organize, and leverage user interaction data to support The Homie Way: Own Your Impact and Master Your Craft
🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:
6+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or experimentation, ideally within B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment
Advanced SQL and dbt skills: you know how to go deep in the data and build scalable models that drive clarity and decision-making
Proven success designing and analyzing product experiments (e.g., A/B/n tests, multivariate testing)
Strong understanding of event tracking strategy, user data modeling, and product analytics tools like Amplitude
Comfortable using and evaluating AI tools for data analysis, storytelling, or experimentation: you’re curious, hands-on, and eager to explore how AI can supercharge your work
Bonus: Python scripting experience for data exploration or automation
Proactive project management mindset: You can independently manage priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight
Excellent communication skills and experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to collaborate in the Toronto office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
