The Project Manager, People Team, shapes a cohesive employee experience by delivering impactful HR projects. This role drives engagement, development, and inclusivity while aligning initiatives with company goals. With a curious mindset and a passion for challenging the status quo, the Project Manager designs creative, scalable solutions and champions a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
You are a bar raiser, which means you come with
2+ years of project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
Preferred experience in Learning & Development or broader Human Resources.
Excellent analytical skills for measuring program impact and making data-driven choices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and proven leadership potential to inspire and align teams.
Experience leveraging AI tools to analyze trends, enhance decision-making, and deliver innovative HR solutions.
You will make an impact by:
Designing, implementing, and optimizing HR programs to enhance employee experience, support company goals, and drive talent development.
Leading project planning and execution for HR programs with clear timelines and objectives.
Launching and running initiatives like employee recognition, onboarding, DEIB efforts, and manager development.
Continuously improving programs using feedback, industry best practices, and trends.
Presenting updates and insights to leadership on program progress and outcomes.
Defining and tracking KPIs to measure impact and guide data-driven decisions.
Using HR technologies to streamline management and improve the Homie experience.
Ensuring consistent, accessible documentation for all programs.
