The Project Manager, People Team, shapes a cohesive employee experience by delivering impactful HR projects. This role drives engagement, development, and inclusivity while aligning initiatives with company goals. With a curious mindset and a passion for challenging the status quo, the Project Manager designs creative, scalable solutions and champions a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

You are a bar raiser, which means you come with

  • 2+ years of project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.

  • Preferred experience in Learning & Development or broader Human Resources.

  • Excellent analytical skills for measuring program impact and making data-driven choices.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

  • A collaborative mindset and proven leadership potential to inspire and align teams.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to analyze trends, enhance decision-making, and deliver innovative HR solutions.

You will make an impact by:

  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing HR programs to enhance employee experience, support company goals, and drive talent development.

  • Leading project planning and execution for HR programs with clear timelines and objectives.

  • Launching and running initiatives like employee recognition, onboarding, DEIB efforts, and manager development.

  • Continuously improving programs using feedback, industry best practices, and trends.

  • Presenting updates and insights to leadership on program progress and outcomes.

  • Defining and tracking KPIs to measure impact and guide data-driven decisions.

  • Using HR technologies to streamline management and improve the Homie experience.

  • Ensuring consistent, accessible documentation for all programs.
