About the role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our CEO. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities by taking full ownership of day-to-day logistics, administrative tasks, and personal coordination. You'll become a trusted partner and gain exposure to the heartbeat of a fast-growing global company.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the CEO focused and productive on key goals daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Manage the CEO’s complex and ever-changing personal and business calendar.
  • Plan and oversee meetings across multiple time zones, including scheduling, invites, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Provide high-level administrative support with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion.
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements – flights, accommodations, transportation, and dining.
  • Assist with personal tasks that arise during work hours and willing to help watch children once in a while if needed (scheduling playdates, managing errands, coordinating childcare or deliveries, hiring nannies and cleaning crew, keeping track of school tasks).
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and create order in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or office manager or Personal Assistant.
  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew - Must. Comfortable reporting to and working with US team members.
  • Always 2 steps ahead, seeing potential problems before they occur and solving them in advance, aiming for the best positive solution for all.
  • Proficiency in Google calendar or equivalent.
  • Independant with proactive approach, can make decisions independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Positive, pleasant, and strong team player.
  • Strong organizational skills. High attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask and quickly change priorities and focus.
  • Must be flexible across time zones, with required availability outside standard hours when needed.
