The Role:

Hello Heart is seeking a Consultant Relations Director to help grow and retain our client base. The Consultant Relations team is a highly experienced team of individuals responsible for developing and nurturing trust-based relationships with key consultants, ensuring our inclusion in appropriate opportunities, driving successful outcomes, and generally educating the consultant market on Hello Heart capabilities. Consultants play an important role in our market and their knowledge of Hello Heart is critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nourish trust-based relationships with practice, regional and subject matter expert consultant leaders in large and mid-market consulting houses by staying constantly visible.
  • Educate consultants on Hello Heart’s capabilities, differentiators, solutions and market approach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of house specific needs, motivators and implications for Hello Heart.
  • Work to educate the consultant community on the importance of a heart specific category, aside from diabetes.
  • Work cross-functionally across sales, customer success, marketing and product to ensure success through our consultant partners.
  • Execute on CR-sales strategy with direct sales reps.
  • Educate internal team on consultant house details, agreements, partnerships, and unique offerings.
  • Provide frequent updates to sales leadership on consultant market feedback, activity, and opportunities to help us learn and pivot where necessary.
  • Delegate incoming consultant led opportunities internally and provide support for both our team and the consultant on the pursuit.
  • Arbitrate and assist in resolving any conflict or challenges brought to you by your consultant partners alongside CS/CR leadership.
  • Manage RFI updates for the houses you own.
  • Attend consultant-oriented conferences, events and lunch and learns throughout the year.
  • Provide analytics and reporting around consultant engagement and activity within your houses.

The Team:

The Consultant Relations Director will work in partnership and strategize closely with the Consultant Relations team in entirety and will report to the VP of Consultant Relations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years Consultant Relations/Business Development/Alliance experience, preferably in the digital health space
  • 4-5 years consulting experience is preferred but not a requirement
  • Deep understanding of HR priorities, trends and challenges
  • Strong execution of phone/web/in-person meetings, follow-through and articulation of goals
  • Ability to travel up to 35%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years consulting experience, with strong existing relationships, OR
  • 7-8 years Consultant Relations/Business Development/Alliance experience, preferably in the digital health space
  • Deep understanding of HR priorities, trends and challenges
  • Existing relationships with key H&B and subject matter expert consulting teams across the U.S.
  • Consistent over achievement in quota and revenue goals
  • Proven experience in translating product capabilities into partner or client value
  • Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve results
  • Strong execution of phone/web/in-person meetings, follow-through and time management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 35%
