POSITION OVERVIEW
If you love the engineering challenges faced by large tech companies but want the ownership and flexibility of a startup, then GrowthBook is for you.
GrowthBook is looking for a Developer Advocate who is passionate about experimentation, open source, and helping developers succeed. You'll be the face of GrowthBook in the developer community, creating content, engaging with users, and making it easier for engineers everywhere to adopt and love our platform.
Some of the problems you'll be working on
Technical content creation. GrowthBook supports dozens of data warehouses, programming languages, and frameworks. You'll produce documentation, tutorials, videos, and example code tailored to diverse tech stacks so developers can start using GrowthBook quickly and confidently.
Community engagement. We have a thriving open source Slack community, and you'll help it thrive. This includes supporting and participating in meetups, speaking at conferences, interviewing customers, and publishing high-impact content. You'll also serve as the first point of contact for new users, providing onboarding support and guidance to help them quickly find success with GrowthBook.
REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in an engineering and/or developer advocate role. You've built things, and you know how to talk about them.
- A portfolio of published technical content (blog posts, docs, tutorials, videos) and/or public speaking experience.
- Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Startup experience or genuine enthusiasm for a small company environment where you'll wear many hats.
Nice-to-have
- Prior contributions to open-source projects.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
