As a Customer Success Associate, you will begin your career at the intersection of Customer Success, Marketing, and data analysis. This role is designed as a launchpad for professionals eager to learn the inner workings of customer success and account management, with a clear progression path toward becoming a Customer Success Manager. You will work closely with senior-level Customer Success Managers, owning the service and concierge aspect of customer relationships and supporting the full customer journey from onboarding to ongoing success.
You will partner cross-functionally—including with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Engineering—to deliver consultative value and maximize the adoption and retention of Grokker’s full platform.
This is a Hybrid role (T/W/Th), based in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA).
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $85,000
What you'll do
- Support onboarding, implementation, and experience initiatives for new and existing customers.
- Monitor and track customer usage, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
- Draw actionable insights from analytics and customer reports.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in SalesForce CRM tools and related systems.
- Engage in self-directed learning to master Grokker’s platform, rapidly gaining familiarity with wellbeing solutions and best practices.
- Perform quarterly customer success reviews that confirm satisfaction, resolve challenges, and expand usage throughout the account.
- Build out customer-centric account plans that align products and services to customer goals and success criteria
- Monitor and drive account health and adoption with customers for overall success
- Foster and accelerate strong client satisfaction to develop customer champions, awareness and referenceability.

Experience & Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a professional client-facing, customer success, or account support role (internships included).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Creative problem solver, detail oriented, and non-stop relationship builder
- Top-notch interpersonal skills and excellent written communication and presentation skilss
- Passion and understanding for Grokker's mission and values
- Experience with Excel, Powerpoint and and Google products
