Senior Territory Operations Analyst
Senior Territory Operations Analyst reports to the Manager, Sales Analytics.

Territory Operations Analyst Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional annual planning activities related to territory carving and deployment in Salesforce
- Develop and document territory operations processes
- Troubleshoot account routing questions and support territory reporting and analysis requests
- Partner with Revenue Strategy and Sales Operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement to the territory carving and ongoing territory management processes and tools
- Collaborate with the Sales Systems team on ongoing automation improvements that can be enabled by territory management (such as automated opportunity assignment)
Territory Operations Analyst Requirements
- Intermediate experience in strategic thinking
- Strong tactical expertise and attention to detail
- Self-starter and works effectively with cross-functional teams to support the sales strategies with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, Maps/Territory Planning, Enterprise Territory Management); tech-savvy
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Passion for handling new projects and achieving results in an evolving environment
- Strong understanding of the sales territory carving process
