Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Deployment Technician Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our company growth and teams by overseeing key responsibilities:

Organize, build, and lead a team of technicians to execute subassembly and equipment deployment at customer site.
Manage day-to-day execution of multiple deployment phases while working directly with cross functional teams and/or performing hands on technical execution when needed.
Ensure that deployment schedule milestones are met and that products are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate directly with Engineering to develop and refine product assembly workflows and work instructions.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials as required by the build schedule.
Monitor deployment processes, identify potential improvements, and implement changes as necessary while focusing on overall deployment cycle reduction.
Recommend design changes to Engineering as necessary to reduce cost, install time, and/or improve overall product performance.
Foster customer partnerships through onsite collaboration and maintain the professional reputation of Fulfil throughout entire system installation process.
Assist in development of overall site deployment schedule as new builds are launched.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership experience in a production manufacturing or engineering (tech) environment.
BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
Ability to travel for extended periods during build phase
Ability to outline manufacturing process and assembly timelines and achieve schedule goals
Track record of continued product/process improvement
Experience with electrical/electronics in an industrial setting
Mechanical/Electrical engineering experience
