You Will:

  • Design, build, execute, and own high priority compliance projects
  • Work with company leaders on solving complex problems
  • Partner with teams across Forward to design new tools, processes, and systems
  • Build and scale our processes and tools to measure and track compliance
  • Identify and implement scalable processes and tools to automate yourself out of the execution work
  • Research legal requirements and work with our attorneys to develop guidance on legal issues
  • Oversee compliance records and data, while continuously improving accuracy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Debate, pre-law, political science, healthcare field interesting but not required.
  • 2+ years work experience.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Startup, management consulting experience, and/or in-house legal experience where you had to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with constantly changing priorities.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$130,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
