Fireflies.ai is the #1 AI teammate for meetings, trusted by over 20 million people across more than 500,000 organizations from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Whether in sales, project management, marketing, operations, or product development, Fireflies is revolutionizing team collaboration by capturing knowledge, automating repetitive tasks, and enhancing productivity before, during, and after every meeting.
Recognized as a category-defining platform, Fireflies has achieved unicorn status with a valuation exceeding $1 billion. Ramp data shows Fireflies is the 6th most purchased AI platform in the US. Chances are, you’ve already seen Fireflies in action, quietly powering one of your recent meetings.
We’re looking for someone to own customer education, sales enablement, and community infrastructure at Fireflies.
This role ensures that every product we ship is clearly understood, widely adopted, and actively used — by building structured enablement systems across sales content, webinars, guided demos, video education, and community. You will be responsible for building scalable, AI-powered enablement systems that educate users, drive product adoption, and reduce manual effort across Sales and CSM.
This role requires someone who gets things done, is AI-native, automation-first, and comfortable turning repetitive content workflows into intelligent systems that run partially on autopilot.

What You’ll Own:

1. Sales & Customer Enablement

  • Create and maintain sales decks, battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, and objection-handling docs
  • Build and manage product video playlists (features, use cases, onboarding, objections)
  • Experiment with workflows - eg. test and own guided demos for in-app education across new and existing products
  • Centralize all enablement content into a single source of truth
  • Ensure Sales/CSM actively use the right assets in their workflows

2. Community Ownership

  • Migrate and house all existing videos and recorded webinars within the community and structure them into organized courses and learning paths
  • Manage the Circle community (upload resources, post updates, drive engagement)
  • Own the YouTube channel (uploads, playlists, optimization, repurposing clips)

3. Webinars (Live + Evergreen)

  • Plan and conduct monthly webinars (feature launches, personas, integrations, security topics)
  • Manage logistics and drive registrations (email, lifecycle, CSM/COM support)
  • Create webinar decks and co-host sessions with PMs and COM
  • Convert webinars into evergreen, on-demand assets

4. Repurposing, Distribution & Impact

  • Repurpose webinars, demos, and decks into blogs, social posts, in-app content, and landing page assets
  • Ensure every asset is distributed across email, in-app, website, community, landing pages, and internal hubs
  • Track usage, engagement, and influence on adoption and conversion
  • Close the loop with Sales/CSM on high-intent webinar or demo leads

5. Content Freshness, Automation & Maintenance

  • Regularly refresh decks, landing pages, videos, battlecards, and FAQs
  • Set up lightweight automation or cadences for content reviews
  • Proactively identify outdated assets and update them
  • Maintain a consistent update cycle so enablement assets compound over time
  • Build AI-driven workflows to automate content repurposing, webinar follow-ups, asset tracking, and distribution
  • Leverage AI tools to scale output (video scripting, demo personalization, FAQ generation, recap summaries, content refreshes)

Who You Are:

  • 3–6 years of experience in enablement, customer marketing, community, product marketing, or B2B SaaS education
  • Strong program management skills with high ownership
  • Comfortable on camera and able to host webinars
  • Confident shooting product demos and long-form video content when required
  • Clear communicator who can simplify product value across different personas
  • KPI-driven and impact-oriented
  • AI-native and hands-on with automation tools (LLMs, workflow automation, AI video tools)
  • Able to identify repetitive manual processes and replace them with scalable AI workflows

What Success Looks Like:

  • A structured, searchable enablement hub replacing fragmented content
  • A recurring webinar engine generating engaged and qualified users
  • Measurable lift in product adoption from guided demos and education
  • Sales and CSM consistently using updated, high-quality assets
  • Enablement systems that run partially on autopilot through automation and AI workflows
  • Higher output without proportional increase in manual effort
  • No outdated decks or scattered enablement content
