Fireflies.ai is seeking a strategic Sr. Product Manager and results-driven leader who is passionate about APIs, partnerships, ecosystems, collaboration, and developer success. You will be responsible for seeding and scaling an ecosystem to help developers create, collaborate, manage, and scale apps on the Fireflies.ai platform. You will begin by leading the definition, development, and success of our initial integrations with 3rd party tools and services (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Team, Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, and more) to streamline API collaboration between teams. Moreover, you will help define our broader ecosystem strategy, including our extensibility, integration frameworks, and program approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our integrations product line, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to guide features from conception to launch, and break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
  • Work closely with external partners to ensure our API and integration offerings align with their needs and can successfully support seamless integration.
  • Understand customer needs through market research, user feedback, analytics, and competitive analysis, translating these insights into product requirements and prioritizing them based on business value.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including API specs and use-case scenarios, while also ensuring internal stakeholders are trained and aware of the capabilities and usage of integrations.
  • Coordinate with Customer Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to launch new features and ensure their benefits are communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward proposals for products to expand or enhance our product portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 3+ years of PM experience at a SAAS company (B2B) PM with a consumer mindset with a deep understanding of technical integrations, APIs, and software product development collaboration with platform-focused companies
  • Proven track record of building and running partner integrations and/or ecosystems with cross-functional product development teams that delivered meaningful business results
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, especially across product, engineering, and GTM to drive change
  • Developer at heart, with hands-on experience working with APIs and Integrations
  • Strong knowledge and working experience building and scaling collaboration/productivity software for many users
  • Data-driven with a growth mindset on the entire customer lifecycle funnel
  • You’ve shipped real products to real customers with fast iteration cycles
  • Proactively ran user interviews & feedback sessions
  • Bonus: Worked on PLG/Freemium products in the past
