About the Project
We are seeking two highly organized, detail-oriented contractors to assist with a time-sensitive documentation compliance project.
This project will be executed in 4 structured phases, and you will work closely with our internal Client Experience (CX) team and advisor leadership to complete it.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, client documentation, or compliance support strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and document management systems.
- Familiarity with platforms like DocuSign, Schwab DocuSign, HelloSign, etc., is a plus.
- Highly organized, able to manage deadlines, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under a hard deadline.

- Contract Type: Temporary (1099 or agency-sourced contractor)
- Work Environment: On-site presence required (Dallas/Irving)
- Compensation: Competitive; based on experience and contract terms.
