About this role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benefits & Mobility Generalist to manage and evolve our global benefits and mobility programs. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our benefits align with company values while also driving efficiency in our global immigration and mobility processes. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including Payroll, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), People Enablement, and front-line managers, to streamline and enhance employee experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be passionate about creating world-class programs that support our global workforce.
What you’ll do:
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships with Payroll, HRBPs, People Enablement, and front-line managers to ensure efficient administration of benefits and mobility/immigration processes.
- Develop and execute a global immigration policy that supports 100% of hiring goals across all regions.
- Build and continuously evolve best-in-class benefits programs that align with company values and are highly rated by employees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries and requests regarding benefits and mobility programs, providing exceptional service and support.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations governing benefits, immigration, and employee mobility.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and policy enhancements that improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to communicate and educate employees about benefits programs, immigration policies, and mobility processes.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of benefit programs, leveraging employee feedback and industry trends to optimize offerings.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to manage benefits providers, immigration services, and mobility consultants, ensuring service excellence.
- Stay up to date on changes in employment laws, immigration regulations, and benefits industry trends to ensure programs remain compliant and competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, global mobility, and immigration management.
- Strong knowledge of global benefits programs, employment laws, and compliance.
- Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, and leadership teams.
- Proven ability to develop and implement policies supporting global workforce needs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing vendors and external service providers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability for working across regions.
Salary range:
San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $105,500 to $145,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule - Faire employees will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, effective the week of January 13, 2025. Additionally, in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.
