About this role

We’re looking for an Associate to support the financial planning, forecasting and reporting of an increasingly sophisticated business so that key internal and external partners have insights and reporting to guide strategic decisions.

This role will work with finance leaders and cross-functional partners across the organization to support our global planning and reporting processes. A strong candidate should be a self starter with the capacity to serve as a highly effective business partner.

What you’ll do

Partner with both finance and cross-functional business leaders to ensure relevant and timely forecasting and reporting to achieve corporate objectives.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to be shared with internal and external stakeholders including the leadership team, board of directors, investors, and lenders.
Lead company-wide headcount reporting and tracking.
Identify process improvements to increase forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.
Other ad hoc projects and financial analysis.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in corporate finance or similar position with emphasis on financial analysis and forecasting
Experience conducting quantitative/ financial analysis and developing recommendations based on this analysis
History of working collaboratively with cross-functional leaders and/or showcasing leadership/project management skills in a project setting
Has exemplary interpersonal skills and can make complex financial matters understandable to all constituents and stakeholders
You are a team player that wants to win while also having fun with teammates along the way

California / New York: the pay range for this role is $103,000 to $141,500 per year.

This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
