There's still much to do, and we're excited to grow a team of motivated humans ready for the challenge. The journey toward better continues.
The Ecommerce team at Everlane is responsible for delivering a premium, seamless digital experience that reflects the quality and values of our brand. We own the full online journey from homepage to checkout, combining storytelling, data, and design to drive conversion and deepen customer loyalty. As owners of Everlane’s Ecommerce Site, we collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to launch new collections, optimize site performance, and elevate how customers discover and shop. We are a small but mighty, insight-led team focused on building a best-in-class experience for the modern, conscious consumer.
As Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of Everlane’s digital merchandising and category performance across our ecommerce platform. You will own the end-to-end customer experience across key categories, using data, intuition, and market insights to drive revenue, enhance product storytelling, and elevate site experience. You will also play a key role in our continued evolution on Shopify, testing new functionality, optimizing conversion, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You are accountable for category performance including traffic (paid, organic, email), product engagement (add-to-bag, PDP view rate), conversion rate, and revenue, measured year-over-year and against forecast.
